Thank you for choosing Salford Guitar Lessons for your guitar tuition.

Please read through our terms and conditions below carefully.

If you need to cancel a lesson, please email, text or call us at least 48 hours before your arranged lesson date and time to inform us.

Terms & Conditions

1.) First Lesson with Salford Guitar Lessons

a.) For your first lesson, we ask for payment in advance to reserve your lesson slot. We accept PayPal or bank transfer, and your payment invoice will be emailed to you.

b.) Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit payment and be charged at the full lesson rate. Please ensure any cancellations are made more than 48 hours before your arranged time slot to avoid being charged.

c.) Parking: You can park on Sentinel House’s car park; however, there is now a ticket machine installed. The machine is located outside the Job Centre, or you can pay via the PayByPhone or RingGo apps.

  • Please note: You must pay or you will be fined.

  • Information signs are displayed throughout the car park.

  • Alternatively, there is free parking on nearby side streets, or Aldi customers opposite the building can park for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2.) When You Arrive

Please wait until your allocated lesson time before pressing the doorbell outside. Your tutor will come and greet you when your lesson is due to start.

3.) Conduct

No drugs or alcohol are permitted in the building or studio.
If we believe you are under the influence, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your lesson.

Please be respectful to our tutors and staff — no offensive or unacceptable behaviour will be tolerated.

4.) Block Lesson Bookings

a.) Block bookings with discounted prices may be offered on request.

b.) All block booking lessons must be used within a 2-month time period.

c.) Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the lesson being deducted from your block.

d.) If a block booking isn’t completed due to circumstances on behalf of Salford Guitar Lessons (SGL) or a mutual agreement, the remainder of unused lessons will be refunded to you.

5.) Regular Cancellations

If you regularly cancel lessons, you may lose your regular time slot and be placed back on our waiting list.
